Our mission and principles
Xigalo community project is a non-profit, voluntary organisation committed to providing a platform for the inspiration, and empowerment of the Youth at Xigalo Village and the surrounding areas through education, life skills, sport, cultural activities and health awareness. We the residents of Xigalo community have committed to work together and agreed to adopt documents as rules governing our coming otherwise known as constitution.
Xigalo Khomanani community project has appointed a great Executive Team, who have come together to help the community to reach greater heights. Introducing the team, who are as follows:
Chair Person
Chairperson and leader of the Orgaization .
Executive
Senior Executive member of the Organzation working together with the Chairperson and all members of the Organization to mobilize organization activities.
Secretary
Secretary of the Organization making sure all minutes and meeting sittings are all in order and communitions of the Organization is standard and timely.
Web Master/Developer
Web Master in charge of all technological aspects and making sure that the organization is visible and well represented in the social media, maintaining the website and upgrades.
Developer
Developer working hand in hand with the web master to make sure all services where technology is concern are running smooth and upto date.

Xigalo Khomanani community project is situated at Shigalo Tribal Authority, Collins Chabane Municipality with a Team appointed by the community to manage and oversea the needs of the community and identify how to assist where required and empower to community to move forward together.
